Detailed Itinerary*:
- Wednesday June 20th, 6:45 AM: Depart Mt. Newton Masonic Hall to connect with BC Ferries departure for Tsawwassen. Note revised departure timing!
- Wednesday June 20th, 5:00 PM: Arrive at 100 Mile House for overnight stay at the Ramada Inn
- Thursday June 21st, 9:00 AM: Depart 100 Mile House for Prince George
- Thursday June 21st 12:00 Noon: Arrive in Prince George for 2 overnight stays at the Ramada Inn. Itinerary has been adjusted to allow delegates to attend 1:00 PM meetings that afternoon.
- Friday June 22nd: All-Day - Grand Lodge Venue
- Saturday June 23rd: Morning - Final Grand Lodge Venue
- Saturday June 23rd, 3:00 PM (timings approximate as delegates can depart after the official 2018 GL Photo): Depart Prince George for 100 Mile House
- Saturday June 23rd, 7 PM (may be earlier, depending on conclusion of GL Photo in Prince George): Arrive at 100 Mile House for overnight stay at the Ramada Inn
- Sunday June 24th, 8:30 AM: Depart 100 Mile House
- Sunday June 24th, 3:00 PM: Arrive at Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal
- Sunday June 24th, 5:15 PM: Arrive at the Mt. Newton Masonic Hall
